Ingredients for 1 person:
• 6 cl rum
• 3cl lime juice 3cl
• 7 mint leaves
• bissap / hibiscus juice
• 2 cl sugar cane syrup
Make the recipe “Mojito” directly into the glass.
Place the mint leaves in the glass, add sugar and lemon juice. Mash smoothly to express the mint essence but without the grinding. Add rum, fill the glass halfway with crushed ice then complete with hibiscus juice. Mix gently and serve with a straw.
Serve in a “tumbler” type of glass. Preferably use freshly squeezed lime juice
Garnish: Decorate with fresh mint leaves or hibiscus flowers.
